Adam Harris B.COMM, CSC

CEO

As CEO, Adam has led the growth and development of C-Therm Technologies from start-up to its rise as a global leader in the field of non-destructive thermal instrumentation. Adam has supported clients in the pharmaceutical, petroleum, ceramics, energetics and electronics industries over the past 17 years in evaluating the adoption of thermal instrumentation for product development and improved process control. He has previously held executive roles with the Canadian Thermal Analysis Society and is a sitting member of various technical committees on ASTM related to the development of global standards for measuring thermal properties. In 2012 he was selected as one of Canada’s top emerging business leaders for participation in the Governor General’s Leadership Conference. He is additionally an alumni of the New Brunswick 21Inc. program. Adam graduated from the Dalhousie University School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. He additionally has completed graduate courses in economic development and business at Harvard University (Summer School) and the University of New Brunswick.

Brandon Brown Ph.D., P.Eng.

VP of Engineering

Brandon Brown is the Vice President of Engineering at C‑Therm Technologies, where he drives the vision and execution behind the company’s most impactful innovations in thermal analysis and material characterization. Throughout his tenure at C-Therm, Brandon has played a pivotal role in enhancing product performance, modernizing engineering practices, and fostering partnerships that bridge industry needs with cutting-edge research. With a background spanning embedded systems, telecommunications, and advanced software architecture, he brings a uniquely integrated perspective to solving complex measurement challenges. Brandon holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, specializing in non‑invasive relative permittivity measurements using advanced electromagnetic modelling. A frequent research collaborator with companies needing custom solutions, Brandon is known for translating technical depth into practical insights that accelerate innovation across materials science and engineering.

Lindsay Underhill B.Sc.

VP Fulfilment Operations

Lindsay Underhill is VP Fulfillment Operations for C-Therm Technologies Ltd. and plays an integral role in promoting the core value of being Customer-Focused; advocating for the customer’s point of view in all decisions. With two decades experience in Sales and Customer Success, Lindsay’s communication and problem-solving skills are used to further establish C-Therm as a key resource to academic and corporate researchers globally, and to ensure the best fulfillment experience. She encourages continuous learning and recently completed the WMI Strategic Executives Program (SEP16) Within her community, Lindsay serves on Dance Fredericton’s Board of Directors and is an avid choral singer active with the auditioned chamber choir Bel Canto Singers of Fredericton.
