March 6, 2023

Fredericton, N.B.

C-Therm, the global leader in thermal conductivity testing instrumentation, has announced today that Kent Murphy has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer.  As the newest addition to C-Therm’s senior leadership team, Murphy assumes end-to-end responsibility in leading revenue generation.  This includes strategy and process alignment.  He’ll lead the efforts to develop new strategic partnerships while grow existing relationships.   The company is focused on continuing to expand on its success in helping some of the world’s top electric vehicle manufacturers reduce time to market in accelerating development efforts where thermal management is so important.

“We are excited that sales industry veteran Kent Murphy has joined our team in a senior executive role as Chief Revenue Officer.  Kent brings 30+ years of experience in building sales organizations and driving revenue at previous companies such as Atlantic Growth Solutions, Accreon, and Skillsoft. We love his enthusiasm and grit.” says Adam Harris, CEO.

Over the past 10 years, Murphy has worked with executives and sales professionals to increase revenue by aligning multiple stakeholders and contributors across the sales continuum. From marketing to customer success, Kent’s experience in the tech sector will help C-Therm identify new strategies, create a scalable sales model, and develop talent.

“I was really drawn to the opportunity in learning more about the customer base employing C-Therm products – groups like NASA, Intel and 3M.  The innovation the company is driving in EVs is world-class – there is good reason they have become the global leader in conductivity instrumentation.  I am looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of this great New Brunswick tech company success.”, said Murphy.
