
With the advent of electric vehicles, thermal conductivity has become an important topic when discussing the battery assemblies of said vehicles, for both safety and efficiency. Highly filled thermally conductive silicone adhesives are one of the key products of focus for these applications, but can be subject to syneresis as particles settle, due to the high loading levels and large particle sizes of the thermally conductive fillers typically used in these systems.
