Thermal Analysis Labs — 10% Price Beat Policy

Thermal Analysis Labs aims to provide fair, competitive pricing. If you receive a written quote from another commercial lab for the same (or equivalent) scope of work, we will beat the total package price by 10%.

What qualifies

• The competitor quote must be in writing, current (typically within 30 days), and not expired.
• It must come from a commercial lab (not a university, research group, or internal corporate lab).
• The scope must be comparable as a whole (test methods/conditions, sample count, turnaround time, and deliverables such as report format and raw data).

How the 10% price beat works

The 10% price beat applies to the entire work package (full parcel of work)—not individual line items—since our pricing and discounts are applied to the complete project scope. We compare the competitor’s total package price on equivalent scope and terms, then apply 10% off that total.

How to request

Send the competitor quote (PDF or email) showing scope, timing, and total price before work begins. Approved pricing is typically valid for 14 days or until the competitor quote expires (whichever comes first).
