New Line of Transient Line Source (TLS) Sensors for C-Therm TCi Thermal Conductivity Analyzer
C-Therm recently announced a new line of Transient Line Source (TLS) sensors available for use with the TCi Thermal Conductivity Analyzer in complimenting the TCi’s high-accuracy MTPS sensor offering. Join us online in learning more about the principles of operation to the Transient Line Source (TLS) test method for thermal conductivity characterization. TLS sensors (also called needle probes) provide an efficient solution for measuring the thermal conductivity of granular materials, powders, polymer melts, soils, slurries, gels, and pastes. C-Therm’s TLS sensors operate in accordance with several industry standards including ASTM D5334, D5930 and IEEE Std 442-1981. This webinar provides an excellent introduction to the TLS test method, including the advantages and limitations of TLS sensors, and several case studies.
